We have a Full-Service Approach to our web design service which includes consultation, professional graphic design, concept review, custom template creation and search-engine ready Meta tags.
We establish a relationship with your company on which you can rely by giving you multiple opportunities to review the progress during your website development. We even make our payment schedules based on the review process to empower you as a consumer and to encourage your participation in the process.
Website Consultation & Concept Design
Initial Consultation: We establish a personal relationship with your company so we can create a website that speaks volumes about who you are. We ask questions about your target market, your major competitors and what sets your company apart. We'll even ask about the colors, scheme and style you would like for your custom website.
We will also discuss the architecture and navigation of your website at this time – the number of pages, the content details, preferred contact methods and any additional interaction you may need.
Website Concept Design: Our awesome design team will create a custom website concept for your review before we even begin to code your actual website. All of our packages include a custom template design with a generous time allocation devoted to getting it just right. Of course, you will have final approval of the colors, theme, fonts and main page images.
Website Template Creation: Once we have coded your initial template, we will create a live web page for you to view. This gives you an opportunity to review the concept again for any color adjustments, font style or layout changes. Once approved, we begin the actual development of your website!
Website Content Review: We will review the content you provide and make recommendations based on our industry knowledge and experience for a successful website that will keep your visitors engaged and drive relevant visitors to your website. We also review content for privacy and security concerns as well as simple spelling and grammar corrections.
If you need help with copy writing or editing, we can recommend a professional and affordable writer to assist.
We'll ask you to provide quality images for your website and descriptions of your images for your website optimization and World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) compliance.
Website Development & Meta Tags
Website Development: Once the content is ready, we begin the actual development of your website. We will place the content on all pages, create your menu scripts and insert any additional elements we discussed during the website consultation. During this stage, we’ll work with you to come up with page title ideas and descriptions for your search-engine ready Meta tags for your site.
Website Meta Tags: We will add the title, description and keyword phrases to your web pages so that your website is search-engine ready upon the launch of your live website.
Website Review: You will receive a link to review the website content in the context it will be seen by your website visitors - again giving you the opportunity to fine-tune your web presence and messages.
Website Final Review & Approval
Final Website Review: You will have an opportunity to review the design of your website again prior to making your final payment on your website development project.
Final Payment: Once your website is approved, you will be asked to make your final payment.

About Our Website Programming
We code websites primarily in HTML with simple PHP employed for functionality and condensation of your web page content display. We also use the industry standard CSS to control the layout of your web pages. We are HTML Developer Certified through the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) Schools. We do use some JavaScript to hide your e-mail addresses from spam techniques and for visual or functional elements as needed.
We have a Team of Professionals (located within the U.S. and English speaking) which we engage when there are Flash or other interactive features requested beyond our scope of expertise. We are extremely transparent about the use of our additional team professionals and will include them in consultations with you during the development phase of your website if needed.
