Initial Consultation: Our approach is to establish a personal relationship with your company so we can create a website that speaks volumes about who you are. We ask questions about the market you are targeting for potential customers, who your major competitors are within your demographic location, and what sets your company apart from your competitors. We'll even ask about the colors, scheme, and overall presence you would like for your custom website.
We will also discuss the navigation of your website at this time – the amount of pages, the page content details, the need for executive profiles, additional interaction you may like and contact methods you intend to use.

Website Concept Design: Our awesome design team will create a custom website concept for your review before we even begin to code your actual website. All of our packages include a custom template design with a generous time allocation devoted to just the concept of your website. Once your concept is approved for colors, theme, fonts, and main page images we will begin your website template.

Website Template Creation: Once we have coded your initial template, we will create a live web page for you to view. This gives you an opportunity to review the concept again for any color adjustments, font style or layout changes. Once approved, we begin the actual development of your website!

Website Content Review: We will review the content you provide and make recommendations based on our industry knowledge and experience for a successful website in keeping your visitors engaged and driving relevant visitors to your website. We also review content for privacy and security concerns as well as simple spelling and grammar corrections.
We'll ask for you to provide quality images for your website and that you provide descriptions of your images for your website optimization and W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) compliance.

Website Development: After reviewing your website content, we begin the actual development of your custom website. We will place the content on all pages, create your menu scripts and any additional elements we discussed during the website consultation. During this stage, you will be asked to think about and send page title ideas and descriptions to be used as a guide for our meta tag editing for your search engine ready tags for your site.

Website Meta tags: We will add the title, description, and keyword phrases to your web pages to have your website search engine ready upon the launch of your live website.

Website Review: You will receive a link to review the website content in the context it will be seen by your website visitors - again giving you the opportunity to fine-tune your web presence.

Final Website Review: You will have an opportunity to review the design of your website again prior to making your final payment on your website development project.

Final Payment: Once your website is approved, you will be asked to make your final payment.
