Please review our warranty, refund, and exchange policy regarding the different services we provide. We strive to be ethical and fair to all parties concerned when providing services and products!


Business Printing

All business printing requires a customer approval and payment before the product is queued for printing. It is the client's responsibility to ensure there are no typographical or grammatical errors. Upon approval the client accepts the graphic art design, layout, and content of the product as is.
In the event, the client discovers an error within 30 days of receipt of the property, it is understood:
Errors, misprints, or finishing (cut incorrectly, incorrect finish size, etc.) caused by printer will be re-printed at RL Hanson-Online's expense.
Errors, including typographical or grammatical, not corrected during client approval will be corrected and re-printed at the customer's expense.
Dissatisfaction with the general look, layout, color, art, or content are not covered under warranty of service and are non-refundable.
Shipping delays not in the control of RL Hanson-Online are not deemed suitable for refunds.

Website Design
All website design requires a customer approval before the final payment is made on the account. It is the client's responsibility to ensure there are no typographical or grammatical errors. Upon approval the client accepts the graphic art design, layout, and content of the product as is.
In the event, the client discovers an error within 30 days of site design, it is understood:
Errors or Performance issues caused by the programming of the site will be re-programmed / optimized / addressed at RL Hanson-Online's expense.
Errors, including typographical or grammatical, not corrected during client approval will be corrected at the customer's expense.
Dissatisfaction with the general look, layout, color, art, or content are not covered under warranty of service and are non-refundable. Any changes to the originally approved design are billable hours at the client's expense.
Refunds for design already completed are not authorized.
Registrar delays not in the control of RL Hanson-Online™ are not deemed suitable for refunds.
Search Engine Optimization is NOT included in the website design fees. RL Hanson-Online™ will create content appropriate Meta tags and keywords for the general theme of your site. Sitemap submission to Google is a service reserved for our hosting clients.

Website Hosting
RL Hanson-Online™ guarantees the 99.9% uptime for our server. Our client's are guaranteed the allotted disk space and bandwidth as depicted in the package purchased. Bandwidth usage which exceeds the package details warrant an immediate upgrade of the client's hosting package and is immediately billable to the client.
In the event payment is not made for either an upgrade or regular hosting payment, the client's site will be temporarily suspended within 14 days and permanently cancelled within 30 days.
Temporary suspension will result in a page being displayed on your site asking you to contact your administrator. There is no loss of data.
Cancelled accounts will simply be removed from the system and result in a 404 Document Not Found error. Data is deleted.
We do offer a 30-day money back guarantee of NEW hosting clients.
In the event an existing hosting client wishes to change hosts or cancel their hosting account, the month in which the request is made is non-refundable. If an advance payment has been made of multiple months, the remaining months minus the requesting month will be fully refunded.

Banners & Signs
RL Hanson-Online™ only offers graphic art design for banners and signs. All banner or sign design requires a customer approval and payment before final art files will be provided to client.
RL Hanson-Online™ does not offer printing service for banner printing or signs. However, we may recommend independent companies which we feel confident will be able to address your printing needs. It is the client's responsibility to ensure there are no typographical or grammatical errors. Upon approval the client accepts the graphic art design, layout, and content of the product as is.
In the event, the client discovers an error at the time of receipt of the property, it is understood:
Errors, misprints, or finishing (cut incorrectly, incorrect finish size, etc.) caused by printer will be re-printed at the discretion of the actual printing company.
Errors, including typographical or grammatical, not corrected during client approval will be corrected and re-printed at the customer's expense.
Dissatisfaction with the general look, layout, color, art, or content are not covered under warranty of service and are non-refundable.
Shipping delays not in the control of RL Hanson-Online™ are not deemed suitable for refunds.
