Exchange ~ Refund ~ Warranty Policy

Business Printing:
All business printing requires a customer approval before the product is queued for printing. It is the client's responsibility to ensure there are no typographical or grammatical errors. Upon approval the client accepts the graphic art design, layout, and content of the product as is.
In the event, the client discovers an error within 30 days of reciept of the property, it is understood:
Errors, misprints, or finishing (cut incorrectly, incorrect finish size, etc.) caused by printer will be re-printed at RL Hanson-Online's expense.
Errors, including typographical or grammatical, not corrected during client approval will be corrected and re-printed at the customer's expense.
Disatisfaction with the general look, layout, color, art, or content after printing are not covered under warranty of service and are non-refundable. However, disatisfaction with the general look, layout, art, or content during graphic art design phase prior to printing are covered under warranty after (3) minor revisions (15 minute maximum each) have been completed, and under the condition that the client has NOT received a copy of the high resolution file.
Shipping delays not in the control of RL Hanson-Online are not deemed suitable for refunds.

Web Design :
All website design requires a customer approval before the final payment is made on the account.. It is the client's responsibility to ensure there are no typographical or grammatical errors. Upon approval the client accepts the graphic art design, layout, and content of the product as is.
In the event, the client discovers an error within 30 days of site design, it is understood:
Errors or Performance issues caused by the programming of the site will be re-programmed / optimized / addressed at RL Hanson-Online's expense.
Errors, including typographical or grammatical, not corrected during client approval will be corrected at the customer's expense.
Disatisfaction with the general look, layout, color, art, or content are not covered under warranty of service and are non-refundable. Any changes to the originally approved design are billable hours at the client's expense.
Refunds for design already completed are not authorized.
Registrar delays not in the control of RL Hanson-Online are not deemed suitable for refunds.
Search Engine Optimization is NOT included in the website design fees. RL Hanson-Online will create content appropriate Meta tags and keywords for the general theme of your site. Sitemap submission to Google is a service reserved for our hosting clients.

Web Hosting:
RL Hanson-Online guarantees the 99.8% uptime for our server. Our client's are guaranteed the alloted disk space and bandwidth as depicted in the package purchased. Bandwidth usage which exceeds the package details warrant an immediate upgrade of the client's hosting package and is immediately billable to the client.
In the event payment is not made for either an upgrade or regular hosting payment, the client's site will be temporarily suspended within 14 days and permanently cancelled within 30 days.
Temporary suspension will result in a page being displayed on your site asking you to contact your administrator. There is no loss of data.
Cancelled accounts will simply be removed from the system and result in a 404 Document Not Found error. Data is deleted.
We do offer a 30-day money back guarantee of NEW hosting clients.
In the event an existing hosting client wishes to change hosts or cancel their hosting account, the month in which the request is made is non-refundable. If an advance payment has been made of multiple months, the remaining months minus the requesting month will be fully refunded.

 

Pricing and Policy Changes Effective 07/15/2008
 
Contracted graphics and web maintenance is placed ahead or performed during other scheduled projects and are sometimes performed outside of normal business hours.
 
A monthly contract fee is due on the 1st of each month and which will be applied to work performed with remaining balances being billed on the 30th of each month.
 
Terms are as follows:
Eligibilty for discounted contract prices: a fee of $25.00 per month for graphics; $50 per month for web maintenance is due and payable on the 1st of each and every month. This fee is payable by credit card subscription. If you would like to sign-up for this service, please contact us.
 
Your credit card will be billed by subscription service on a monthly basis. If you would like more information on our credit card service provider, please visit: http://www.authorize.net/company/aboutus/
 
Once your account has an accumulated credit balance equal to two (2) contracted payments your subscription will be temporarily disabled until you require further services or until 90 days has passed.
 
Your contracted payments will remain as a credit on your account until a period of 90 days has passed, at which time your credit will be returned to you and paid by check by RL Hanson-Online.
 
You may cancel at any time at which time services will be provided at the normal rate from the date and time of cancellation.
 
Fee Schedule:
Contracted Graphic Art Design: $20/hour              
Contracted Web Maintenance: $25/hour             
 
Note: You are only charged for the actual time it takes to complete your project - I charge no "minimum" fees. If you require 1 minute of service, you are billed for 1 minute of service.
 
All prior verbal agrrements are null and void as of 07/15/2008.
