e-Mail Phishing:
What is it?
A phishing e-mail is one that appears to be from someone you hold an account with, whether it's a bank, credit card, or even a hosting account. The e-mail appears to be from a valid source and usually describes a situation which requires your immediate attention. The sender usually asks for you to verify your personal information and sometimes even asks for your password.
What should I do if I receive a phishing e-mail?
NEVER give out your personal information in an e-mail unless you have verified via telephone with the person requesting the information (and still do not give information that could be used for identity theft). Do not click on the links to fill-out the information on the web. These can be sites set-up to mimic a bonafide site.If you are a RL Hanson-Online hosting client, please forward the e-mail to us and if you can, send the header information contained in the e-mail.
DO contact your bank or credit card company and report the e-mail scam so they can warn other clients.
Should I be concerned if I receive an e-mail like this?
There really isn't reason to be overly concerned. e-Mail phishing occurs quite frequently and usually does not mean that any of your information has been compromised.
You should make a habit of reviewing your account activity of bank and credit card statements for any suspicious transactions on a regular basis anyway.

This Email is from Webmail user Customer Care and we are sending it to every webmail User Accounts Owner for safety. We are having congestions due to the anonymous registration of accounts so we are shutting down some accountsand your account was among those to be deleted.
We are sending you this email to you so that you can verify and let us know if you still want to use this account. If you are still interested please confirm your account by filling the space below.Your User name,password, date of birth andyour country information would be needed to verify your account.
Due to the congestion in all webmail users and removal of all unused Accounts, Webmail would be shutting down all unused Accounts, You will have to confirm your E-mail by filling out your by filling the space below.Your Staff ID, password, date of birth and your country information would be needed to verify your account. Any customer mail not verified will be suspended within 24 hours for security reasons.
You are to send the following information for verification

We are so excited about the re-vamped website for RKS Management Group! Simplified and easy to navigate, we added some functionality for their clients and potential clients including a rental application form which can be received via e-mail, a military allotment form, and a move-in checklist. We helped them streamline processes by creating a virtual office where they can share documents and access commonly used forms.These features were added on to their existing ability to process work-orders online for both their residents and the Home Owner Associations for each community.Check out the site and let us know what you think about the new design!
Desert-Craft, Inc. Website
We just completed an add-on design for the Desert-Craft, Inc. website. We changed the header image a little but most importantly, we added a new shopping cart and have been inputing the custom off-road parts and custom fab services performed by Desert-Craft, Inc. A new product line they are now offering is catered to the custom fab community - Pipe and Tube Benders, Notchers, and Bead Rollers as well as the Bend-Tech software that is a must-have for these products.
They are extremely excited about the new features and ability to offer their services online!
New Client
Welcome to our new client, located in Manhattan, Kansas! We've just completed their new logo design and are in the process of designing a whole new website concept.
They provide payroll processing services as well as HR support and offer web-based time-keeping for their clients. We hope to streamline some of the processes for them and make for an easy to navigate, user-friendly site.
We'll let you know when we get this completed and do an official unveiling next month!
O-o-o-h! We are (still) programming!
We are still working on the custom programming we mentioned last month - getting more excited every month! We've made a pact to start scheduling a few hours every week towards this project so we can really get moving in the direction we want to be - too many late nights and long weekends have been invested for over a year now! I can't tell you WHAT we're doing - but I CAN tell you: Amanda is an awesome graphic artist with an eclectic, cutting edge style that will definitely enhance some of our product offerings in the future. I've been doing the programming and she's been doing some designing - WOW what a great combination! We can hardly wait for our unveiling! If you are looking for a new concept - consider letting RL Hanson-Online provide a quote for a new look! We'll have Amanda apply her expertise to the situation and create an awesome design!

When you access a web site, you are downloading a file. This file can be an HTML web page, a GIF image, a MIDI sound file, or a combination of these. These files are downloaded to your computer and displayed in your web browser.
Each time you download a file, data is being transferred. The amount of data depends on the size of the file. If you download a web page that is 1 kilobyte (1,024 bytes), or 1 KB, in size, then 1 KB of data has been transferred. If 100 people access that same web page, then 100 KB of data has been transferred.
